I am so grateful for these. It stops my snoring, and does help me breathe easier and allows me to snore less by breathing through my nose. It’s when I mouth breathe that the snoring ensues. It does make it possible for me to breathe through my nose at night which wouldn’t normally be the case.

Last night was the first time I EVER used these. My girlfriend has been a little salty latly about my snoring, I've been waking up with cotton mouth and was ready to get a sleep study. As soon as I applied one of these I could tell IMMEDIATELY it worked, just by how easy I could breath. NO it wasn't uncomfortable I couldn't even tell it was in. I removed it in the shower after I was in for a bit, they stick very strong (not a bad thing)

I have been using these for about 1 1/2 years & they are invaluable for me to be able to breathe at night . Before these , I had to take all kinds of meds to try & breathe at night, but now I would say 95% of the time these keep my nostrils open enough to breathe unrestricted.

Seems to be working pretty go so far since my wife hasn't complained about my snoring since I've purchased this. This seemed to help my light snoring. Not sure how it would be for someone with a bigger issue but wouldn't hurt to try. Applied easily and I was able to remove without issues the next morning with a little warm water. Thanks!

As I got older my nose seemed to loose interest in staying open at night.. .Maybe it's the extra weight. I would snore and wake up with dry mouth 3 times a night. With these I can sleep with my mouth closed, breathe while I sleep and I don't snore. Well worth the $30 a month to keep them on the nightstand.

Works great. Sticks well, never falls off during the course of the night. Helps with my nasal breathing while sleeping, as I have chronic sinus problems. Lavender scent is a nice addition. Removal of the product is a bit difficult, need to do this slowly, otherwise it irritates my skin. Not problematic enough to deter me from using.

Gave me the best nights sleep. I didn’t realize my one nostril was not getting oxygen or exhaling properly until I used this. The good need is it’s very sturdy as far as staying power. The only drawback is removing is kind of harsh but worth the good nights sleep. Finally woke up headache free!!

Alright, I didn’t realize how obstructed my nasal airway was before these strips. I struggle with sleep apnea and I have not been able to find a solid solution. These strips really open up my nose while I sleep. It made a massive difference in my sleep quality.

I bought these for my husband and who am I kidding - for me. His snoring was so bad every night. Even the nights he would sleep on the couch I could hear him in the bedroom. I would wake him up several times a night and say “turn to your side” “stop snoring” ... he uses these and the snoring has stopped no matter his sleep position. Hallelujah!!!

Boyfriend says I lightly snore & he’s a light sleeper so I use these when I sleep at his place. I’m sleeping but he says it helps! I didn’t read directions at first on how to remove & it pulled the skin off the top of my nose. If I had read instructions I would’ve seen warm soapy water removes it easily - which it does. The lavender is a great additive touch!

Well I'm not snoring anymore!! Yay! I don't have to wear them every night either... I like to wear this though because I like the smell of lavender. You can feel your sinuses opening right away. I highly recommend if you have issues snoring or want some lavender aromatherapy... It is annoying to remove but hey at least it stays on through the night.

I love these lavender scented strips so much I'll never go back to the regular ones! I never knew these existed until I saw them on Amazon so got a two pack. The scent is just right - not too heavy and not too light. They're like scratch and sniffs (I'm dating myself now) so if want more scent or revive the scent, just give them a scratch!

My only regret is not trying these out earlier in life. I suffer from chronic rhinitis so my nasal passages are almost always swollen. It sucks. These completely relieve at least one, most of the time both, nasal passages when I go to sleep. It honestly saddens me to take it off in the morning. Until I actually get into an ENT doctor, these are my one foolproof source of relief.

I have sensitive skin and never have an issue with these. It’s important to clean your face before putting it on for optimal stickiness. Once it’s on it’s very comfortable and hardly noticable. Also, the lavender scent is fantastic

here is a way to tell if this will work for you - take a big deep breath through your nose only, as fast as you can. Now hold a finger tip to the tip of your nose and gently push up as far as you comfortably can and take another deep fast breath. See the difference? I don't use these every night but when I have a cold or during allergy season, they are indispensable.The new lavender adds a nice touch to an old standby.

This remains my favorite strip. I like the lavender scent, and the size is good for my nose. I tried another brand that was supposed to be better, but it ripped my skin. This has good adhesive that does not break my skin during use or removal (other brand did both).

I love these things. They really do make a difference if you have a stuffy nose and hate breathing through your mouth. I also love lavender. Only thing is the lavender smell didn't last very long, a hour maybe. Also, the smell is not too strong, so it doesn't over power you. Always keep a box of these around!

Prefer the thicker strips to original. Got lavender scent because cheaper than non scented and could use subscribe n save. Was concerned scent would be too strong, especially since I usually am not a big fan of lavender scented products but this is subtle and nice! Smells natural not artificial.

It ll stop you from snoring. Just make sure you attach it right. Adhesive is quite strong and stays well till morning to take off. It smells great as well. I feel no congestion in the morning when I use it.
