These worked way better than I ever would have expected! I have symptoms of sleep apnea, even as a young female of a healthy weight and can't afford a sleep study but the snoring and choking sounds were getting to be too much for my partner so I thought I'd give these a try. Ever since I purchased them, my sleep is sooo much better and quieter, too! I don't wake up 10x a night anymore and I feel more rested when I wake up. The product was a little uncomfortable for the first few nights, but after that you don't notice it at all. I recommend using the one with ridges because it stays in place better.

I bought for my dad who has sleep apnea...his is severe and this didn't seem to help much. So I tried it and really liked it. It was comfortable and not at all noisy. I was able to get 5 hrs of straight sleep more than I normally get.

This thing seems to be okay the battery life so far is very nice, I charged it and wore it all night and it was still going strong this morning. I bought it for allergy help for sinuses and it worked great last night. Small but effective.

Light pressure, but enough to work if traditional medical CPAP is too much. I am on day 2, with the ear straps this works great. I do not snore, and feel rested. My CPAP was super annoying, this is a dream in comparison. I have a Larger nose, but the nostril plugs are soft silicone and not abrasive...but might be too much for smaller nostrils. No size adjustments... For thr money it was worth it for me. Even when the battery dies, this still keeps nostrils open enough to work.

There are so many negative comments about it not working. But, I am here to tell you, that this device does in fact WORKS! I have been told that when I sleep, I snore so loudly that it could peel the paint off the walls. My sister would say that I sound like a "Himalayan Field Wench" and I would be teased relentlessly about my snoring. I cannot afford a CPAP machine. I did buy one of these to see if it would help any. The very first night I tried it, my husband had a hard time sleeping because he kept checking to see if I was breathing. I didn't make a sound. Now, I cannot restfully sleep unless I am wearing it. I did try to sleep without it and I was told that my snoring was not cured, and to continue to wear it while I sleep. It is a little uncomfortable, but you get used to it. The silicone strap could be a little better, but I will not sleep without it again. In fact, I am buying another one for my husband. Thank you so much to the creator of this device! I can finally rest.

I am one of the stubburn ones that refuse to get a cpap machine. With this my boyfriend says he can sleep and my kids say they can watch tv while i sleep in the same room....win win for me I get to cuddle and fall asleep during movies with my kids :)

This item fits the harness I already had. It did arrive with a strong chemical smell to it. I soaked it in a solution of water, dish soak, and a little bleach for about 2 hours. After rinsing it, the smell was gone.

First off, I don't know if this stopped my snoring because at the moment I am living by myself. (I have been informed that my snoring is AWFUL by many.) But, the last two nights I have used it and I can say I woke up not feeling like I immediately wanted to go back to bed for the first time in a couple of decades. So something is working! I'm actually pretty amazed. I used to wake up with aching lungs every morning, as well. Not the past two mornings. For the money I would say give this a try!
