In the last 2 months I was diagnosed for a disc herniated. Before use this machine I had a lower back and left leg pain caused by the compression of a scyatic nerve. The first day I used the machine was a little painful for me, but after done the first circle I found that I could walk better with less pain in my leg. Next day I started to fill better. Second day I took a rest and 3th day I used it twice again. It was less painful. And the pain has been desapearing. Today after one day resting I started to use it again and could use it without pain at all. This thing has been magic for me. I wit still use it for ever.

This product has potential but seems to just miss the mark. It inflates to lift your lower back, but it doesn't really lift enough to really relieve pain and soreness. However, it is easy to use and works better on hard and flat ground than when used in bed.

I have a lot of trouble with my lower back due to scoliosis and arthritis and this definitely helps ease some of the pain in my back. It's not very heavy and you can use it while laying on the floor or even by placing it against a cushion and leaning back against it. I loved that it has 3 different levels of heat so you can adjust it to how much you prefer or need. Also you can adjust the vibration of it. It helps you to stretch out your lower lumbar to relieve some of the tension and helps with the pain. It seems like it's made very well and is durable.

I have had this massager for a couple weeks and love it. I have bought countless massagers before in the past and they were all pretty much the same, all having the same features just a different design. What I like about this massager is the Lumbar lift feature. You can use it sitting in a chair or laying down. I found it worked best laying on the floor but if you can't get on the floor then sitting up works just as good, and when you use heat and vibrations you will feel like you have a new back. Its skinny enough you could travel with it and its easy to store away while not in use. I would definitely recommend to a friend and would make a great gift for a relative.

The Lumbar Lower back stretcher really didn't anything to make my back pain decrease. The vibrations did address a pain they were just vibrations. When it pulsed it really made no difference. It did not get warm enough for me to even feel it through my shirt. Overall I thought the quality was great, but it really didn't have an impact on my well being.
