I bought this tool as a gift, for my husband, who works at a bodyshop. He told me that this takes a while to get used to. Once you get used to this, it becomes useful for some of his jobs, especially because it is portable. He is happy and enjoys his gift.

Got this for the hub who is a millwright by trade. He researches products before buying and he has used this without any complaints. Therefore I conclude it works as stated!
Sameeha Frey
I only tested it out but it worked great on some fairly thick sheet metal. It feels like it is decent quality. It’ll be great for diy use and possibly professional
Violet Hooper
I've never had a nibbler before, always just used tin snips or angle grinders. This tool does a superior job at cutting tin or thin sheet metal than what I have used previously. I think it's great!
Caldwell
This thing is great!! I am putting 16ga steel on a barn and it through like a hot knife through butter. Fits in the drill and is very easy to control and maneuver over corrugated. Sooo much cheaper than buying a nibbler and does just as good a job.

I bought this for a small project. It was easy to set up and connect to my drill, but it took some practice to get the hang of it. I was thankful I did not have to complete my project with a hack saw. This came with a replacement cutting rod, I am curious how long one rod last.
Avleen Ray
I enjoy using this tool mainly used at the moment on cutting large pieces or sheetmetal off items like washers without making a mess, or breathing in grinder material. I know you can make cool art but at this time just using to collect material

I bought this double head sheet metal cutter for my brother. he had a hard time to cut a hole for his project before. now he is happy with this product. it's easy to use.
Nannie Rankin
Just as described...
Jett Sadler
Great deal! This Nibbler must be the same one everyone is selling. It cuts good and the cutter is hardened tool steel. I tested it by trying to file on it but I could not file the cutting edge of this tool.
Dowling
I bought this to cut out a round hole for an HVAC vent pipe in a new 26 gage metal roof we just installed. It works PERFECT!!!
Conner Wolfe
This thing is amazing on HVAC duct work. I can cut out a 20x20 panel on 5 minutes! Just don't tell your boss about it, they will give you all the sheet metal work.
Elina Franco
I have used this tool on several occasions, and it has so far been a joy to use. It cuts the sheet metal like butter, and the cuts are very smooth and clean. Making it a new standard tool for my tool box.
Neo Sharpe
This works great I need to learn how to control it better, because it cuts so fast it is easy to cut too much. That's not the tools fault, it works better than I expected.
Remy Banks
Worked great for the project I was doing. It was to cut out for light boxes in a ceiling that was covered with corrugated metal.
Lori Ford
Great product, saves time, much easier to make a circle in a duct work, or even straight line cutting sheet metal. Does throw out a lot of shavings so be aware. But great product!
Bailey Amos
Fast delivery, the Seller also great.

Handly tool. Added on to a metal building. Used this for small cuts in duraloc panels, 24 guage. Its not real fast but works good.
Grainger
What a great addition to my tool collection! For the price, it's hard to beat. This nibbler slipped through 14 gauge aluminum with ease. Keep it oiled, take your time, and practice.
Khushi Wilks
I've used in in my metal building sheeting. Drill a hole and then use this tool to cut to size.
Adina Beck
wasnt sure if it would work so I ordered it thinking it would be good enough , and I WILL SAY IT WORKED GREAT . if i wear it out ill deffenitly order another
Kavan Cook
I used it to cut a few holes in the roof of my car (long story), and it didn't skip a beat. It was quick, easy, efficient, and sturdy. I assumed I'd at least have to swap the blade once, or swap a battery once, but with about 200' of linear cutting, including multiple tight-radius curves, it did not skip a beat.
Darlene
The tool comes in a nice metal box. I did not expect that. I use the tool for thin brass and aluminum and it works very well for those materials. It does take some practice on scrap pieces to be able to follow a line. I think mounting it in a vise and feeding the metal into the tool is a bit more accurate than trying to cut the metal while holding onto a large drill and the attachment.
Agata Lacey
I waited for 7 days until arrival. -1 Besides that, the product keeps what it promises...

I am doing remodeling at my house and bought this little tool to cut about 10ft of 100 yr old heavy duct work. It worked very well and still looks and cuts like new. I would have probably chosen a professional dedicated tool if I had to use it every day.
Preston
This thing is awesome. I needed to cut out some holes for some HVAC work and this worked exactly as advertised. Very little effort was needed to get through the sheet metal.
Ethel Power

It is a little difficult to get use to but once you do wow these are awesome I’ve already cut out a couple pieces of metal 26ga and 22ga and a door for a Ac unit which was probably 16 or 18ga I’m using my dewalt 1/4 inch impact and this nibbler I can already tell it’s gonna be in the top of my tool bag im very pleased
Clement
My husband seems happy with this purchase. It works as expected and cuts well. The case it comes in helps keep everything together, which is nice, and makes it easy to store. Unfortunately, I have to rely on my husband for his opinion since it was purchased for him, and he's not the most descriptive. It was a good value.
Reanna Battle
Still getting used to speed and direction. Had rusted horizontal 2 40 gal drum wood stove. Cot top and bottom parts with door and draft kit parts off and thew body away. Also misplaced can opener and used it to open a can of beans
Andreas
This sheet metal cutter was very easy to use, it was fast and effective and cutting. The step down drill bit worked fine to establish then right size hole, so it's nice that came in the box. Works fine with 20volt drill but I'd recommend using a corded drill for big projects. Not sure how long the cutting bar last but at least an extra was included along with the bit attachment. Overall an affordable tool that saves alot of time.

I work in residential HVAC and many times I need to cut duct for either installing humidifiers, air purifiers, humidistats, cleaning evap coils, or just looking into the ducts to see how dirty they are. The thing I hated most was having to use my tin snips (duct scissors). Sometimes it was easy to cut through duct with the scissors, and other times it took me 15 minutes of hard forearm strength just to get a couple inches. And either way I would always come out with some horrible jagged edges that could slice you up. This tool is so worth the money. Requires no forearm strength because the drill and the tool do all the work. It is free hand which means, you dont have to cut in a straight line or in only circles since some cutters only give you that option. This tool gives you the full ability to cut with complete freedom in any shape you want. And most of all, its super fast, and the cuts are super clean. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Its so cheap for the value.
Lilly-Ann
This tool is very nice, does exactly what it says it will do. I have used it on several metals now with good results. There is one thing you need to know BEFORE you begin cutting. You need to think about where those chips are going to go and make a plan for how to keep them off of you. This thing makes a million little metal chips and they will cut you to ribbons so cover yourself accordingly and DO NOT 'brush' the chips from any surface with your bare hands or skin.
Reegan Guy
I've seen these before and they always peaked my interest. Bit the bullet and got one for my shop. It does exactly what it says. I will be using it more on aluminum than steel. It cuts as smooth as a jigsaw with a bi-metal blade. I was also pleasantly surprised on the accessories and sturdiness of it. Even the case is metal. comes with an extra die and "blade". I will be purchasing 2 more for my shop trucks to replace the jigsaws for alot of jobs. You can see in the pictures i posted, that it turns better than a jigsaw as well. A little odd to handle at first because of the design but you pick it up pretty quick.
Tessa Rivas
This thing is flat out amazing and worth every penny. I cut a fuel door on my camaro to change the pump and it cut perfectly smooth edges and doesnt damage any surface underneath
Mcdowell
least expensive way to get into using a nibbler. I looked at one even that makita makes that costs around 5-600 dollars and will do 10 gauge and others but the idea of a dedicated power source kind of puts the nibbler out of the budget of a lot of people. I was look at the ones like this that use your own drill to power it and it came back to replacement parts. This kit actually gives you three head and the nibbling shafts as well. It worked like a charm. I need to cut into the bed of my 1973 ford truck and it just ate that truck bed up. Very nice cutting edges as well.
Liyah Mcneil
This takes getting use to. It cuts not like your typical jig saw. It's smoother and glides smoothly so you can loose control if you don't go slow. It cuts effortlessly. Unless your typical saw, the cuts are wider about 3/16 so you have to take that in consideration. I found that out when I made my cut. They don't tell you that on the videos. Much easier than snippers.

I needed to cut a rectangular opening in a sheet metal wall panel in order to reroute an external mail slot into the house. Since the sheet metal was covered with drywall, I didn’t have much room to work with so I purchased the nibbler. To use the tool properly, I also purchased an inexpensive 3000 rpm corded drill. The Nibbler was pretty intuitive and easy to use and made short work of the sheet metal. All in all, the tool did the job at a reasonable price.

I had to cut 2 ft X 2 ft window openings in several steel doors, and decided to try one of these rather than fighting it with a saber saw. I expected the foam core to present problems, but after quickly cutting through 48 feet of steel in the doors it was still cutting great. Because of the complaints many have had about the sharp little shavings produced by the tool, I used a shop vac to collect them as I cut. I got my money's worth just on this project, and it's still performing like new, so I am delighted with the purchase and looking for other things to use it on. Quieter than a saber saw and no bent, broken, or worn out blades. Definitely recommend this if you have sheet metal work which doesn't lend itself to the tools you already have in hand.
Orlando
Outstanding quality for the price. I have only used it for a few minutes so durability is still to be seen, but the manufacturing and design quality are incredible for this price point. Even the metal box it came in is very nice, clearly identified and sturdy, I'm usually not a fan of tools coming in boxes I don't plan to keep the tool in, but this one is a keeper.
Humaira Case
This does a very good job of cutting thin metal. I found it easier to use by putting the head in a vice and manipulating the material than trying to move the drill and cutter together to cut straight lines. The cut is narrow, and only small slices are taken off with each cut which leaves a nice enough finish for some jobs and when you need a clean cut, only minor filing is required. This is my second tool, the first went walking!
Isabel Waller
I will not say it is for someone that would use a nibbler on a daily basis. There are a few times, like maybe once a year or so, that I need a tool like this. Have made do with what I had and it was more work than needed. Today I got my nibbler for this years project and it worked perfectly. Very happy with the tools performance and it made my project go so smoothly and fast. Now I am thinking I might have to use thin metal for more of my projects based on how well this worked.
Alena Cornish
I purchased this for cutting some steel siding {barn steel} . Found out pretty quick that flat surfaces are easy to work with. Ribs cut at 90 degree are going to manageable but your going to have to work for it. Cutting through ribs on a angle forget about it. The head doesn't lend it self to that angles over ribs cut. With a little practice you can get some good lines and no burs like the ones you get from tin snips. I also used a 3/8" cordless impact and it worked even better than the drill did.
Chantel
The metal cutter goes through 2mm aluminum like butter. The problem is it is difficult to see exactly where it is cutting the edge, and it is difficult to control with any precision. With a hand operated nibbler, a square hole can easily be cut by removing the nibbler once a corner is reached, rotating it 90 degrees, re-inserting it and continuing. and other drill-powered nibblers, cannot be inserted with a 90 degree rotation, due to the teardrop shape of the cutting head. (The cylindrical cutting bit has a triangular column behind it.) So then one has to make a number of cuts from various angles, the end result being a rectangular hole with curvy sides and rounded corners. The job has to be finished with a hand operated nibbler and files. Still, saves a huge amount of time, labor, and wrist pain, compared to using a hand operated nibbler for the entire job. The case does not allow the tool to be stored with handle attached. To save myself some time, I used a box-cutter knife to modify the foam in the case, so the tool can be stored with handle attached.
