easy to use did a 11 foot circle with one container, unit did drip when shutting off and on so wear old clothes when using product, green die does wash off, mine did not foam up like video but work just as well

I bought two of these because I tried it already and it does work. I decided to use in other areas I needed. But, the only problem is it comes with two packages in the container. I was missing the blue package in only one package. I used the seed anyway.

I finally used this product a few days ago and it works so well. I bought my bottle from steins and I've no complaints. It says on the bottle it should take 7-14 days to grow and my grass is finally filling in properly. If people are complaining about this product it's probably because they're not much of a gardener. I covered my lawn with this stuff and watered the grass the next day and now i have to cut my lawn again lol. I wish the price was cheaper because I'd buy more for my back lawn.l, like 3 bottles.

Although I could have bought seed cheaper, this method worked very well for areas in the shade at my house that all the grass had died in. I now have a full lush lawn in that area due to this product! Worked well for me.

I'm not one to review but after reading so many terrible ones I needed to show the product works. First picture is day 1 second is day 9 and 3rd is day 14. Still seeing new growth everyday was easy to use the key is follow the directions and water 3 times a day like it says. Happy with our results.

Exactly as described!! The pictures aren't quite what it looks like. It doesn't turn bare spots teal-green with dye, but the spots where I've used it to fill in from my dogs or where we had to plant new grass because of construction, looks beautiful now.

I've seen a few negative reviews on this product, but if you follow the directions and water as suggested three times a day, grass grows nice and evenly. This went on a shaded area near a large maple with poor soil. I filled the soil first, raked evenly and applied.

It's so effective that some tiny remnants inside the applicator bottle grew grass. The challenge is to keep moist. I applied during this hot Georgia Summer. I'd suggest using Spring or Fall.

The seed sprouted and were up in less than a week. We had some very heavy rains soon after I sprayed and my seed sprouted mostly in three or four spots. The plants are now 2" tall and growing well.

I was going to buy this because I stopped taking care of my lawn after years of hard work getting the best lawn in the neighborhood. I got tired of picking up all the dog droppings and burnt grass from dog urine. I swear dog owners think you get a thick dark green lawn just so their dogs have a nice area to do their business. I think trying to get lawn growing again after dog urine burns it is the hardest thing to do so I was hoping this product would help fix it or at least make it look green again. this ACTUALLY works. We saw this as a tv commercial and joked about fixing the spots from our female dog and also from another dog that was digging in the yard. Within a month, the spots were fully grown in.

This product works perfectly so long as you follow the instructions. I am writing this review 3 weeks after my purchase. All of the patches I filled now have beautifully thick grass. I did use a fertilizer every 7th day on the first watering. The key to growing grass is to keep the ground soft (1in) deep for the germination period.

Definitely buying more when needed! Not sure what everyone is talking about I used this product on big patches of dirt around my lawn and it grew green grass within a week and looks great! I did not get any coloring on me or my clothes. Maybe those people are not using it correctly

This is a 100% honest review. I'm not sure what the other people's situation was that left reviews but this product has had great results for me so far. I prepped the ground first then poured about a .5" layer of potting soil over the area I wanted the spray. I mixed the product as stated on the bottle and spread it evenly over the area. With proper watering I began seeing the grass come up on the 3rd day. Now it's the 6th day and 50% of the area I sprayed is covered with grass about 1" tall. It may depend on the region and weather when you plant if it actually gives good results or not. I'm located in the southeast U.S. and planted the first part of August and this product had exceeded my expectations. I post pictures when it appears the grass is fully grown in.

It's too early to write about effectiveness, as the grass hasn't grown yet (it hasn't been a week since I "planted" the seeds). I liked the ease of use of the product. There were a few differences in instructions on the bottle vs paper instructions included in the "box". The bottle instructions aren't as in depth, so be sure to look at the paper for instructions. The bottle said to rake gound and spray loose soil, whereas the paper sheet said to rake the first 3" of top soil, for example. The company may want to rethink their instructions, as not everyone will read both bottle and paper for instructions.

Best thing we ever bought to cover the ground under our big tree in front yard. Came in the first year we sprayed. Just not as thick as we were hoping. Then it died out. But next year it has come in much thicker and greener. Looks beautiful. So happy we tried this spray.

I already gave a very detailed review of Hydo Mousse indicating that it worked better by putting down my own grass seed down first then using the Hydro Mousse. This worked the best. I have purchased a great deal of the product and have a lot for next spring to cover damaged areas due to animals digging up large holes in the grass. Using it the way I do makes the Hydro Mousse work so much better. Without spreading my grass down first, I had spotty areas in the yard. I had a very large area to cover. I love the product.
