The shaft, clamping washer, split washer and Bolt are made of steel. But the 4 intermediate washers are aluminum, and their machining quality is not at the top, presence of burrs on the edge of the inner diameter nothing very serious a little scraper or sandpaper makes everything fit in order (see photo before and after deburring). The clearance between the outside of the axis (20mm) and the inside of the diamond discs (22.24mm) seems too important for tools turning at this speed... Risk of "false round".

the quality is good but instead of the bolt M14 put a smaller diameter, which makes it impossible to use this device, opened a dispute, returned the money. I was a little concerned being that I’ve seen these only in 240 plug. But this 110 volt def has enough power. It gets a little messy with the water but it ground up some cinder block like butter. Come with everything you need to maintenance it and even an extra set of water sprayers just in case you break the originals.

I'm so glad I got this, it really did the job much faster. Although it keeps tripping the surge protection on my extension every 10 minutes or so it still got the job done. I'm assuming it was the safety in my end that got on the way. But it didn't really bother me however try not to use it with a gcfi connection it'll keep tripping. I needed to build a channel for the water to drain and I got it done with this tool
