This was a real game changer for me doing my gutters. I already have to climb a really high ladder, so to climb it less is a plus. I've been cleaning gutters for 10 years and this is by far the best tool I've found! its not perfect but with a little patience and practice you'll save $1000s. Get yourself a 30' extension pole and a stablizer for the top of the ladder, that sets on top of the roof. Be safe!!!

Bought for my hubby. We have a Master gutter in our Lanai, which for you non-Floridians means a 30ft gutter that you can only access the edges of unless you go up on the roof. Tool worked great!! Fit on our current extension pole. Some say the "hoe" end should be at more of an angle, but my husband says he only used that end to "cut through the muck" to create a trench large enough for to fit the blunt end and pulled the gunk toward him in sections. There was a great instructional video online showing how to use it. Great product!

This is a fantastic tool! It really saved a lot of time cleaning the gutters. The only thing that would make it better is if it had a longer handle so that it is easier to use up close. It’s unwieldy attached to a pole, but not easy to hold on to to use in close quarters. But otherwise, totally worth the money.

My husband was annoyed when this was delivered. He said it wouldn’t work and that he’s tried one in the past. I was desperate because I couldn’t find anyone to clean the gutters before winter and they were in bad shape so I asked him to try it. End result is that it did a much better job than he anticipated when attached to the pole amazon suggested. He was able to get a good amount cleared before he had to get down because I was regretting my choices thoroughly, worrying he was going to fall. I’ve been fired as ladder stabilizer due to nervousness, but the gutter tool will be brought out again next year.

I HATED cleaning those gutters yes i use a 16 foot ladder for years i just about used all of the products for cleaning the gutters my problem is those maple seeds and those pine needles they are hard to remove even after they dry after a rain saw the gutter tool on a you tube video by a professional purchased it if i could give it 10 stars i would. Instead of moving the ladder 6 or 7 times i only had to move it 3 times. I`m using a telescoping 8 foot paint pole to hold the gutter tool now i can clean 8 foot on one side of the ladder and 8 foot on the other side of the ladder with out any problems. P.S. I put some plummers tape around the threads of the paint pole before i put the gutter tool on that just holds it in place a little better learned that from the pro on the video EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

Was ich richtig abfeiere ist, dass bei diesem Tool der Fokus auf dem Messer liegt und nicht wie beim völlig überteuerten Leatherman auf der Zange. Das Material ist natürlich nicht vergleichbar, aber ganz ehrlich: man braucht eher mal ein Messer als eine Zange, aber man ist happy, wenn eine Zange mit dran ist. Leider ist das Messer als Einhandmesser zu öffnen und daher in Deutschland nicht führbar, d.h., man darf es nicht mal im Rucksack mitnehmen. Das ist verrückt, schmälert aber nicht die Idee von diesem Tool hier. Ich finde es super. Messer ist scharf, die beiliegenden Bits gehen auch klar.

A must have for anyone who cleans gutters professionally! Perfect for scooping, especially the part that lets you bypass attachments on jobs where you cannot get closer enough to certain sections of the gutter. I don't think I'd use it for jobs where it's mostly just asphalt - The head isn't flat, and is plastic. I'd use a metal scraper attachment instead. Overall this is definitely worth having - I don't use it most jobs, but when I do, it pays itself off in minutes.

Great product and I'm a grumpy old man who is usually disappointed in most purchases but this works absolutely great. My 2 story home is on a bank so one side is really dicey to clean the gutters and I live in a forest that requires several cleanings a year. I can do the entire side only moving the ladder3 times. Cleans well and the hooked end allows you to securely place it aside when climbing the ladder or when you are also washing grit out with a hose. Trust me you'll be happy with this purchase, it takes a little time to decide the method which works best for you and your conditions but it dropped the time requires by 3/4ths.

I've bought three of these. One for myself and two for my neighbors as gifts. (They kept borrowing mine) Makes cleaning my Gutters a breeze. I Like the fact someone finally designed a tool to get under the gutter straps. I'm a little confused by the comments on China and long shipping times cause the tool I bought is made in the USA and arrived within a few days of order. The gutter tool sold on Amazon is through the original patent holder, and manufacturer and not any overseas company. Make sure you order the Original gutter tool.
