I was in a car accident over the summer and my boyfriend wanted to go on a road trip not long after I could start walking again..I was so worried because my sacrum had been broken and I was still having pain and discomfort when sitting for longer than 30 minutes. 30 MINUTES. This road trip was 18 hours. I used this cushion for the drive… Not only did I survive, I got there and the only thing that slightly ached was my back. And they have a cushion for that too. Writing this review hoping someone spends the money. It’s so worth it and I don’t fret long car rides anymore.

I just received this and put it my executive chair. This is very comfortable and it helps put you in a proper seating position so that you are not slouching. It takes the stress point off my sit-bone which helps alleviate the pain from the arthritis in my hip.

I drive a big truck and got a new Mack. My seat was a little hard (compared to the old crappy seats with lots of miles). The first week was just very painful. The second week I had one of the memory foam pillows that did help a little. But this pillow really helped, no pain. At least for me.

It forces you to sit ergonomically. To be honest, I wasn't sure I liked that, even though I knew it was better for me. After a couple of days I ordered the matching back rest. Bought this for my wife. She found very real relief when coupled with the back piece that goes with the seat. If she wasn't so cheap I'd buy her a second set for when she goes into the office at work instead of working remote, but I just can't convince her that 8 hours of discomfort each week is more than worth the relatively low price of these cushions. In seriousness though, there's a lot of gimmicky junk when it comes to back pain. This actually worked for her, and I'm very appreciative of it.
