SO, I gave it a five for suction power but it should just get a five for not slip powers. It is stable and sits like a rock. I am an aggressive drive, it will stay put under above normal situations. The set up was dead easy. I have a 2012 Honda CRV. I just plugged it into the OBD2/GPS port and it was up and running. I took a few days to drive around with the projector on my dash before I settled on a place I liked it and then marked the window to apply the screen. It looks so much better. I am really glad I played with it for a couple of days before settling on where it goes. It is accurate to the car, obviously, it gets the data from the same computer as the speedo. It is bright enough to be seen driving into the morning sun on a cloudless day in FL. It is plenty bright. I want one of these in every car I drive, forever. I love just knowing how fast I am going and other info without having to move my eyes from the road.

I really like this HUD! It's bright enough to read in direct sunlight. Once I calibrated the speed, everything was great. The only con is sometimes there's a small delay in the display. Once I got used to it, I barely notice it. I would definitely buy this again!

Ybwife always says it's tough to have an eye on speed on the speedometer since it distracts. Same time it's necessary to monitor. So thought I would gift this to her. She is so thrilled as she doesn't need to look down anymore to check on the speed. It's right up there on the windshield itself. It's so easy to install this. I just plugged it in to OBD port and that's it. It's plug an play. There is always a +2 correction in the speed but that's not going to hurt. It also displays the distance covered in each trip at the end of the trip when the car stops automatically . We can also get the details of battery, coolant temp etc displayed if we want. This is very handy and helpful. No fuss installation. It can also be powered by USB when tracker works based on inbuilt GPS. I didn't bother to check though. Very bright, large and clear display.

My wife has a newer vehicle and she has a built in HUD. Works great. Installed this on 2009 Honda Accord and I love it. Easy install. Very accurate. I did not have to install the reflective sticker as it is bright enough. A nice after market safety upgrade.

Love this device perfect to fit my Lexus 300h! Super impressed with this unit and it was well worth the money and effort. As for head-up displays I'm definitely a convert. It released my eyes off the road even if only for a second unlike having to look down at the speedometers.

It does the job pretty well I am happy with it. I can see it on the screen in the dark and in daylight with the sun out. I was able to mostly tuck the wires into the side so it's not very visible following along the left side of my dash down by the windshield then up to the side of it and down to the little plug-in. The only drawback was the instructions were not very clear and the English translation was a bit tricky to decipher. you have to push a few buttons to get to a certain mode or whatever the you want it to show which for me was just miles per hour and I ended up having to just mess with it a bunch in till finally it showed me what I wanted and had to convert it to mph. Once I got it there I have no other reason to push the buttons though so I stuck it on the dash and it's awesome. It turns itself off after the car turns off which is nice too. I have my plug into the OBD2 reader you can do this through the other like cigarette lighter thing you know whatever but this is much cleaner and doesn't stick out or have cords and things you got to flip

Easy to install, setting up for the device is a little weird at first but if you play around with the button and follow the instructions, it becomes simple. Hold the button down to get to the settings, click the number corresponding to what you want to go change, after that its left or right for lower and higher. Just make sure you only click the button once to save the new settings instead of holding down for 5 seconds again and end up back at the meter screen. Just a FYI, the reflector screen sucks and the numbers reflecting off the glass looks better without it.

Great option for the money. Pictures shown: AM drive with sun coming up, overcast day, night time. This can definitely be used without the reflective 3" adhesive transparent screen but the reflection will not be as sharp depending on car you have. Screen makes a HUGE difference. The only con is the taller you are the higher on window it ends up. It is transparent but not crystal clear like windshield itself. So it may seem like somewhat of a distraction until you get used to it. I would have liked for displayed images to be a bit more "high tech" looking especially for the tachometer but the money factor trumps that. Also, the sticky pad it comes with is completely useless. Save time and order 3M double sided automotive moulding tape or it will not stick to dash.

I love this little gadget. I have a 2015 Jeep Patriot and for some reason this cars have an old style odometer that's too small and hard to see. I love how the brightness is automatic and it's very easy to see on a sunny day. You can use it with or without the reflective film on your windshield. And pretty accurate too. I hooked mine straight to the obd for better performance.

I was able to find the install point and once you get that it’s pretty simple to install once you have that. I still want to test in daylight and work on positioning but directions really helped me navigate the menus and figure out display.... now all I need is during day test while driving and to finalize if I need sheet or not (probably due). Although it has a lot of features, I bought it for the speed readout. For me, I didn't have to adjust it. Although it does read 1 to 2 mph higher than the speedometer at the higher speeds of 80+, the majority of my driving is at much lower speeds, and it is right on. It is dimmed somewhat in bright sun, but still no problem in reading it. I think it's great!

Reflected image is doubled as it is reflected from both inner and outer surfaces of windshield. Every time looking at it gets the stupid brain to try and focus on the doubled image, very annoying. It would be nice to have a small display or reflecting mirror to avoid the problem... Otherwise works wonders, I have postponed on repairing a glitchy dashboard panel!: )

The product arrived early that was good. The instructions are not clear at all but I figured it out fairly quick. I had to do a small adjustment to the speed variation but after that it was great. The first time we used it, it was put to a very hard test, we drove 11 hrs on a road trip but after about 8 hours it shut off, It would not stay on after that. I unplugged it and let it sit until the next day. I plugged it in and the whole day it worked fine. I think it may have overheated but I do not know.I will keep an eye on it. If it is a heating problem that could be bad.

After reading so many reviews, I decided to give it a chance. It works so well I absolutely love it. I use it on GPS mode and at first the speed was a bit off from the dash. When I would go up to 30 it would read the same as the dash but once I got to 60 it would read 65. I followed the instructions it came with and it was pretty easy to adjust. The instructions does say if you won’t be using your car much to unplug it as it still gets battery power even if the car is off. I just prefer to unplug it every time I don’t use my car but other than that I love my speedometer!

I was looking for a display to help me keep within the speed limit on a couple of roads on my way home that have multiple speed limits. Unit is great for this,especially since it has a speed-only setting. Display is very bright and visibility in the day is excellent. Directions were a bit unclear to make some of the setting changes but otherwise operation is straightforward.

Just installed it on my 2020 Miata it doesn’t fit on the dash but it fits perfectly on the steering stock. Completely visible with the top up or down. Plugged into the USB and turns on and off with the motor. Very happy.

I use this on my school bus in GPS mode since the school installed their own GPS locater. I just didn’t feel safe constantly looking down at my speedometer to stay under limits so with the heads up display I’m looking at it more often and is part of my mirror sweep. What is nice is I have it set to beep when I hit 40 MPH. It picks up the satellites so there is a slight delay but I didn’t have to mess with wiring the bus just a simple usb cigarette lighter adapter and I’m off

I used the OBDII port on my Honda and it worked perfectly plug and play. Unit does get a little hot, but so far thats my only complaint.
