I really think this exercise hoola hoop is exactly what I have been looking for! The detachable links enables me to adjust the size freely according to my own waist! The links are super easy to install or remove, overall I absolutely love this workout equipment and I am so happy with my purchase, highly recommend! What I didn't think this hoop was going to do was give me such a great cardio workout. When it comes to using, I found doing this in a wide and open space is very helpful. The belt itself is fully adjustable and conforms to any waist size, within it's limits of course. The weight is a few pounds but even then, while I'm using, after awhile it feels more than what it really is. Not only is this a great workout for my abs but I start to feel it in my thighs and legs the more and more I use it. Since I have back pain, I'm not able to do sit-ups without being in pain. With this hoop, I'm able to get my ab workout done without having to lay on the floor and be in pain.

Idk what these reviews are talking about this actually works really good. Makes you sweat a lot! Great work out from home I would suggest doing it an hour a day 30 minutes in the morning 30 minutes at night. Yes it’s loud but it works! That’s the point right? For the people saying they couldn’t get it to work it’s because you stopped trying!!!!! Once you start something u have to finish. Move your hips and sway side to side with your legs helps keeps it going I had no problems at all. Really fun. Just wish the weight weighed more

It is a tad bit loud but it makes sense with the wheels and ball so i just put music and it was no problem at all. If you keep the momentum its not hard at all. If you are slowing down or not moving your waist to what its supposed to be like it will slow down but if you keep the pace just like in a regular hula hoop ot wont stop spinning. Its easy to start. I personally enjoyed it

Only had it a day but so far so good. It took a very long time to get it going but once you get the feel for it it will keep going round. It does keep you moving cause if you loose momentum so does the weight and it won’t go round.

When I first got this I thought that I made a mistake. It was hard to get the hang of it but once I did I use it everyday. After 5 days my abdomen is much tighter. I use it 3 to 4 times a day for about 10 minutes each instead of hooping for 30 minutes at one time. Make sure that you go in both directions for best results.
