This posture corrector does exactly what it's designed to do -- gently alerts me when I'm slumping forward. I really like the necklace. I increased the delay so it doesn't alert me when I lean forward for a short time. I find the corrector helps me to remember to sit up straight.

This product works exactly as it is supposed to! You put it on.. It vibrates in you as you begin to relax. You can set posture goals as strict or lenient as you like. I mostly just wear the necklace and haven't had any problems with it. I used the patches once when I first got it and I had no problems with them either.
