We have two goats - one with really short hair and one with long thick hair. I bought this to thin out the long hair because of the hot summer, and so far it works really well. She just has so much hair, it's going to take me awhile to thin it down, but the comb does as promised.

I use the comb end to make sure there are no tangles and then glide the razor side along the fur. As long as the angle is correct, the razor removes hair. Because there is only about 2 inches of cutting surface, it takes many passes to trim a big dog like my Poodle/Bernese Mountain Dog mix. I haven't used it on her whole coat yet, but the areas where I have look professional.

I cut some of my hair with this. Sure enough hair comes off if you are not careful and comb the wrong way. I use this razor to cut my bangs and straighten some loose hair done by my clipper. Just handy to help out with haircut but it sure can be used for the full haircut. It is quite sturdy and the comb is comfortable to use. I have not change the blades yet as I only use it for a few cuts. You can pull off the top and the blades are visible to pull off. Have to update once I have done it.

I was looking for a way to thin out my hair a bit while removing split ends. I have curly hair, so I didn't want to loose too much length as it shrinks when dry. I used this on my dry hair and could be very selective about where and how much of my hair I wanted to remove. It glides across the hairs while combing it cuts! The design protects the blade and as far as I can tell it's impossible to cut yourself while using it. Not sure how long before the blade will need to be replaced but it came with some and so I'm not even worried. Nice, lightweight and easy to use!

I've ordered a similar product before, and it really didn't do anything but damage and pull my hair. But then I saw this one, and just looking at the picture it didn't look like it would snag my hair like the other one, and it didn't! It actually cut my hair without the plastic teeth pulling my hair out. I love the thinning shearing side! I thinned my hair and gave it layers, it actually looks good, and I can feel the lack of weight from what I cut off of my ridiculously thick hair.

Ok I just gotta say this thing saved me during covid lock down. My bangs got sooo long and when this normally happens, it’s time to get in to get my hair done. But there was no place for me to get Into. The only thing left to do is do the dreaded bang trim myself, which is always a disaster and leaves me looking like buster brown. Lol. So I watched a YouTube video on how to texturize my bangs and the girl uses a tool like this one. It worked! Not only was I able to trim my bangs but for the first time ever, I was able to make them look texturized and not like buster brown. The fact that it has two sides made it even better because the one side is varying lengths in between the teeth so it made it even more easy to obtain the right look. I love this thing! And it was actually fun to play around with. I almost got so carried away I could have just given myself a whole new look. A must own for the in between hair appointment times.

Absolutely amazing hair tool. I needed hair razor to trim the hair from my extensions thst were getting rather rough and this did the job! It's super easy to use. If your unsure how to use it watch a couple youtube videos and you'll be good to go. It even comes with extra blades.

I made the mistake of using this on damp hair, and it made it really ratty and dried out at the ends. A few hours later I was really worried about how bad my ends looked, so I tried it again to see if my hair being dry would help (if not I was planning to just trim the ugly parts off and not use it again), and sure enough that did it. My ends are great now, very smooth and shiny. Good product but definently don't touch wet or damp hair with it!
